新しいデジタル本ができました。
「スポーツは いつでも 待っている」
何かのきっかけで始めるスポーツ。
少しうまくなればそれなりに面白い。
そして、上達しようという意欲も沸いてくる。
しかし、そう簡単ではない。
マスターするにはどんなハードルが待っていて、それをどうすればいいのか。
筆者の奮闘を参考にしてください。
きっかけがあれば、いろんなことにチャレンジしましょう。
